Create an invoice in Rebill and send it to your client via email or WhatsApp. The invoice includes a secure "Pay Now" button linked to your connected payment provider.

2. Client Pays

Your client clicks the payment button and pays securely via Paystack, Yoco, or PayFast. They can use credit card, debit card, or mobile payment methods supported by your provider.

3. You Get Paid

The payment goes directly to your payment provider account. Rebill automatically marks the invoice as paid. You receive the funds according to your provider's settlement schedule.

About Payment Provider Fees

When your clients pay invoices via Paystack, Yoco, or PayFast, the payment provider charges a transaction fee (typically around 2.9% + a small fixed fee). This fee is charged by the payment provider, not by Rebill. Each provider has slightly different fee structures, so check their websites for current rates.

The money from your clients' payments goes directly to your payment provider account. Rebill never handles, holds, or has access to your funds. This keeps your money secure and means faster settlements — most providers deposit funds within 1-2 business days.

Important: You'll need to create your own account with Paystack, Yoco, or PayFast and complete their verification process. Once verified, you can connect your account to Rebill in your settings. This typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the provider.
